Appointment requests

The appointment form sends your name, phone number, optional email, treatment choice, preferred date/time, and message securely to our server and Square customer system. Anna uses this information to respond to your inquiry and arrange your appointment. A successful submission is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Please do not include sensitive medical information.

When you send a text, your messaging provider and the recipient receive the message and the phone number you send from. Anna can use your message to respond and arrange your appointment. Sending an appointment request does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Square processes appointment inquiry records under its privacy practices.

Cookies and optional tracking

With your permission, this site uses Google Analytics to measure visits and general contact actions, such as clicking a phone or appointment link. Analytics may use cookies and device/browser information. We do not send appointment form contents or treatment selections in our custom events. Analytics is linked to our Google Ads account to help measure campaign performance; personalized advertising is disabled for this link. Optional analytics stays off until you allow it. With advertising permission, Google Ads measures an appointment inquiry only after Square confirms it was saved. A random request identifier prevents duplicate conversion counts. Google may use ad-click identifiers and cookies to attribute inquiries to campaigns. We do not send your name, phone number, email, message, or chosen treatment in these conversion events. Advertising measurement stays off without permission and when Global Privacy Control is enabled.

Your choice is stored on this browser for up to six months under escs_privacy_v1. This local preference contains category choices, a version, and an expiry date. It does not contain your appointment form details.

The site honors a supported browser’s Global Privacy Control signal by keeping advertising and targeting off. You can reject optional tools and still use all treatment information and appointment features.

Hosting and external services

The website host may process technical information such as IP addresses and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Links to directions open Google Maps. Telephone and text links use your device’s phone or messaging service. Those services handle information under their own privacy practices.

Fonts and treatment media are served from this website. Viewing them does not require an embedded social-media player or a third-party font request.

Keep sensitive information out of the form

Use the website form for general preferences and appointment questions. Discuss sensitive medical information directly with Anna through an appropriate private conversation.

Questions or privacy requests

To ask about an appointment message you sent, request a correction or deletion, or discuss other privacy questions, call or text Anna at (225) 485-0811. You can also raise a privacy request with the studio at 9610 Long Point Road, Houston, TX 77055. Please ask Anna about retention of messages and appointment records; records may be held in Square or a messaging app.

Changes to this notice

This notice should be updated whenever the website’s data handling changes. Optional tracking integrations require a new consent choice when their configuration changes.
